This programme is designed to offer a 21st century learning and development experience providing a truly blended approach to learning through a combination of College and industry-based work and learning. Upon successful completion of your HNC year you will be offered a guaranteed progression onto your HND or you may decide to leave after one year. Throughout the programme at various stages you will be educated further through mandatory Coach Education courses accredited by a range of governing bodies. Our aim is to help you achieve the required additional industry qualifications and experiences required for a coaching post and further coaching badges beyond giving you the best possible start should you wish to pursue employment, further study or both.
