Description

This Unit is designed to enable candidates to explore and learn introductory techniques which will develop skills in the production of 3D metal jewellery objects.

Course Content

On this course you will be taught how to make different types of jewellery to a professional standard. From piercing the metal, soldering, through filing and polishing to produce a finished piece. Projects include making a plain ring, designing and making a stone set pendant, chain making and texturing as well as other techniques.

Evening Class 12 weeks Tuesday evenings - 3 hours per week - 6.00 to 9.00 pm
