Entry Requirements

Applicants should have successfully completed NC Employability level 3 or successfully attained level 3 core skills units while at school.

Description

National 4 level learning designed to be flexible and help you into employment, further learning or training within your community. It will help you to build your skills and increase confidence in a supportive environment. You will also be given the opportunity to study in other mainstream areas within the college for example: Construction, Hairdressing, Child Care, Care, Art

Course Content

Course topics include: - Work Readiness Award - Core Skills - Personal Development - Drama - Well- being - Various vocational subjects.

Duration

This Programme is available on a full-time basis the majority will be delivered at Springburn campus, the vocational choice may be delivered at any of the following campus: Easterhouse, East End or Springburn. There will be 16 hours of study over 3 days full time.

Progression

Employment or other mainstream education programmes at level 5.
